211 Maine: Service Provider Updates during COVID-19
Due to the spread of COVID-19, many agencies offer limited services, have their staff working remotely from home, or changed to offering telehealth or virtual services.
We want to keep the community well informed of services available when contacting our 211 Contact Center so we have developed this webpage to collect information from Maine service providers in order to streamline information gathering during this challenging time.
The COVID-19 service update form provides an opportunity for ALL Maine providers to share service and programming updates to 211 staff across the state.
Service providers are encouraged to utilize the Service Provider Updates Form below to share service changes as often as necessary.
