For many parents, families, and caregivers, they may need additional supports for their child to thrive. This could include case management, resources to meet behavioral needs, as well as parenting or sibling support groups, and more.

211 Maine provides individuals and families in need with a shortcut through what may be a confusing maze of agency phone numbers and online information for their child. By simply contacting 211, those in need of assistance are referred to appropriate agencies and community organizations that may be able to help with issues concerning child development, parenting, behavioral assessment, screenings, or things such as food and nutrition and dental health for children.
